NLC India (NSE:NLCINDIA, BOM:513683) has emerged as the preferred bidder for the Govindpur vanadium, titanium, and aluminous laterite block of Sanga Reddy in Telangana, India, according to a Saturday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
