Nippon Parking Development (TYO:2353) said its board approved a proposal to issue stock acquisition rights to directors, employees and secondees of the company and its unlisted subsidiaries, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The Tokyo-listed company said that the proposal will be submitted to its annual general meeting scheduled for Oct. 29, and it will issue up to 17,400 share acquisition rights.
The rights are intended to further enhance employees' motivation to improve business performance and increase corporate value.
