Nippon Building Fund (TYO:8951) posted a 26% rise in net income to 24.4 billion yen for the first half ended June 30 from 19.3 billion yen in the previous six-month period.
The REIT's net income per unit increased to 2,768 yen from 2,231 yen, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.
Total operating revenues jumped 11% to 53.9 billion yen from 48.5 billion yen in the corresponding period.
For the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, the company forecasts net income of 20 billion yen, distributions per unit of 2,465 yen and operating revenues of 50.5 billion yen.
