Ningbo Zhoushan Port (SHA:601018) issued super short-term commercial paper worth 2 billion yuan, the first tranche of such bonds for the year, according to a Shanghai bourse filing over the weakened.
The Chinese port operator's shares rose 1% during Monday's midday trade.
The bonds have a 1.45% interest rate and a term of 180 days, maturing Feb. 3, 2027.
Proceeds will be used to pay debt.
