Ningbo Ronbay New Energy Technology to Invest in Battery Materials JV

Ningbo Ronbay New Energy Technology (SHA:688005) and employee stock ownership platform Shanghai Dingna Xintu Enterprise Management Partnership will form a 70-30 battery materials joint venture, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Hubei Ronbay Sodium Electric New Energy Technology will have a registered capital of 70 million yuan, with Ronbai investing 49 million yuan or 70% of the JV and Dingna Xintu investing 21 million yuan, equivalent to 30%.

The JV will then become a subsidiary of Ronbay.
