Ningbo Construction (SHA:601789) subsidiary Jianle Construction won a 944.5-million-yuan contract for a mixed-use development in China's Zhejiang Province.
The project includes a 130-meter-tall, 31-story office tower with commercial space, covering a total construction area of about 171,330 square meters.
Construction period is 1,050 days, the filing said.
Shares of the civil engineering company closed 2% lower Thursday.
