Nichicon (TYO:6996) set the conversion price for its 22 billion yen zero-coupon convertible bonds due 2031 at 3,433 yen per share.
The price represents a 32% premium to the company's Wednesday's closing share price of 2,601 yen, according to a Thursday filing.
The bonds will be offered at 103% of principal, while the paid-in amount will be 101% of principal.
Each bond will have a principal amount of 10 million yen.
