Nexperia, Tata Electronics Partner on Semiconductor Manufacturing in India

Nexperia and Tata Electronics have agreed to collaborate across semiconductor manufacturing, technology and innovation, according to a joint statement on Thursday.

The partnership covers production of Nexperia's MOSFETs at Tata Electronics' planned 300mm semiconductor fab in Dholera, Gujarat.

It also includes assembly and testing of Nexperia's discrete semiconductor products at Tata Electronics' facility in Jagiroad, Assam.

The companies will also work together on technology development, research, and ecosystem initiatives.
