NewtekOne, Payroc Form Alliance for Financial Products, Services

NewtekOne (NEWT) and Payroc WorldAccess said Wednesday they have formed an alliance under which Payroc will incorporate certain of NewtekOne's financial products and services into its offerings.

Payroc's alliance with NewtekOne will give the 190,000 merchants on its platform access to services like insurance and same-day payroll and to products like loans and debit cards, the companies said.

Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.

Shares of NewtekOne were more than 5% lower in Wednesday trading.
