Newcleo said Tuesday its shares and warrants began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbols NWCL and NWCLW, respectively.
The listing supports Newcleo's plans to complete its 10-megawatt thermal non-nuclear demonstrator in Italy, advance US and French regulatory work, and pursue reactor and fuel-facility projects across the US and Europe.
"As a Nasdaq-listed company, we have the capital and the platform to accelerate deployment of our reactor and fuel manufacturing technology across Europe and the United States, and to advance our mission of closing the nuclear fuel cycle," said Stefano Buono, CEO and co-founder of Newcleo.
