The wine producer's shares jumped nearly 26% in late morning trade Wednesday.
The firm plans to issue 641.5 million shares priced at HK$0.215 each to raise funds to expand its smart seed and semiconductors supply chain businesses.
The shares represent 20% of the company's issued share capital, and 16.67% as enlarged by the sale.
