New Hope (ASX:NHC) said its total coal resources have increased to 2.96 billion tonnes from 2.55 billion tonnes in 2025, helped by a 262 million tonne increase at the Bengalla Mine in New South Wales, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Total recoverable reserves rose to 844 million tonnes from 818 million tonnes, while total marketable reserves increased to 516 million tonnes from 507 million tonnes, the filing added.

South Korea's main stock market, the Korea Exchange, will enable trading till 8 pm following the regular close at 3:30 pm from Monday, in its move toward 24-hour trading, Bloomberg News reported Sunday.This decision opens 2,400 Korea Composite Stock Price Index, or Kospi, and Kosdaq stocks for evening trades, which include short-selling.
