Neuren Pharmaceuticals (ASX:NEU) reported a strong second-quarter update from partner Acadia Pharmaceuticals, with Daybue sales reaching a record $125 million, marking a 30% year-on-year increase and a 24% rise from the previous quarter, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Acadia increased its 2026 Daybue sales guidance to $480 million to $510 million, supported by strong US adoption of the new STIX formulation, with 40% of patients transitioning by the end of the quarter, per the filing.
The company highlighted its global expansion progress, including a positive opinion from the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use supporting European approval and plans for a potential German launch in the fourth quarter.
The company reported $12.9 million in the second quarter royalty earnings and raised its 2026 royalty guidance to $53 million to $56 million, the filing added.
The company's shares jumped 17% in recent Wednesday trade.
