NBTM New Materials (SHA:600114) completed the acquisition of an industrial land plot that was bought for 60.7 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
The plot, which has an area measuring 44,581 square meters, is located in Jiangshan Town, Yinzhou District, Ningbo City.
The Chinese powder metallurgy machinery parts manufacturer obtained the land certificate from the Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning.
