Natural Food International's Shareholder Boosts Holding; Shares Up

Natural Food International's (HKG:1837) controlling shareholder, Natural Capital, acquired 2 million additional shares in the company, according to a Thursday filing.

Shares of the natural health food products company were up 10% in Friday afternoon trading.

The shares, repurchased from the open market between June 26 and July 2 at an average price of HK$1.5144 apiece, represent 0.09% of the company's issued share capital.

Natural Capital now holds 933.5 million shares, or a 42.65% stake, in the company.

XMH Holdings' Attributable Profit Up 25% in Fiscal H2
