Native Mineral Resources Holdings Produces Three Gold Doré Bars in Queensland Project Gold Smelt

Native Mineral Resources Holdings (ASX:NMR) produced three gold doré bars with a combined doré weight of 283.3 ounces in the gold smelt completed at its Blackjack project in Queensland on Tuesday, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

Around 279.5 ounces of gold and 186.2 ounces of silver were confirmed from the Sept. 15 smelt at the project, following final refinery assay and outturn. This smelt recorded an average gold assay of 56.26%, from an official doré weight of 496.8 ounces.

Its shares fell 1% in recent trading on Thursday.

Carimin Petroleum Raises Stake in Sealink International to 25.3%

Carimin Petroleum (KLSE:CARIMIN) acquired a 5.8% stake in Sealink International (KLSE:SEALINK) for 9.9 million ringgit in cash, according to a Tuesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.The acquisition involved 29.1 million shares bought at 0.34 ringgit each, between Sept. 18 and Sept. 22.Following the acquisition, Carimin's stake in Sealink rose to 25.3% from 19.5%, making Sealink an associate company.Carimin Petroleum said the acquisition was part of its ongoing investment strategy.The deal was funded through internally generated funds and does not require shareholder or regulatory approval, the filing said.
