National Stock Exchange of India's IPO Opens for Subscription

National Stock Exchange of India's initial public offering opened for subscription Thursday at 1,700 Indian rupees to 1,785 rupees per share.

The offering will close Sept. 21, according to data available on BSE website.

NSE is offering 126.4 million shares, down from the 148.9 million shares planned earlier, according to its updated prospectus. The offering is entirely an offer for sale by existing shareholders.
