Natera (NTRA) said Monday it is launching a partnership with Aveta Biomics to support AVTA 30-01, Aveta's phase 3 trial assessing APG-157 to treat locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
The trial will use Natera's Signatera testing to evaluate molecular residual disease and treatment response during therapy and follow-up, the company said.
About 826 patients are expected to be enrolled in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Australia, the company said, adding the trial is slated to start enrollment in H2.
