Earnings per share stood at 11.53 rupees, down from 26.84 rupees previously, according to a Friday Indian bourse filing.
Revenue from operations slipped to 7.35 billion rupees from 13.3 billion rupees in the year-ago period.
The pharma company declared an interim dividend of 1.50 rupees per equity share, payable starting Aug. 26 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 20.
