Nanya Technology (TPE:2408) acquired a batch of machinery equipment worth NT$16.9 billion for production use.
The equipment was purchased from Lam Research International, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The transaction took place between June 9 and June 12, the tech firm said.
