NAK Sealing Technologies (TPE:9942) said its board approved the repatriation of a 20 million yuan cash dividend from its indirect China unit, Kunshan NAK Seals.
The dividend will be remitted in the equivalent amount of U.S. dollars through the group's Hong Kong holding company, before being returned to the Taiwan parent, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
