MyState (ASX:MYS) logged AU$0.343 in underlying EPS for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.307 a year ago, a Tuesday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, total operating income was AU$255.9 million versus AU$186.6 million previously, the Australia-listed financial services firm added.
The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.125 per share, up from AU$0.11 a year earlier, payable Sept. 22 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 31.
MyState remains on track to achieve its target pre-tax run-rate synergies of AU$20 to AU$25 million by the end of fiscal 2028 as integration initiatives continue to be executed, the filing added.
The total cost of integration for the period through to June 30, 2028 is expected to increase from AU$29 million to AU$32 million, the company said.
