Muthoot Capital Services (NSE:MUTHOOTCAP, BOM:511766) said it completed a securitization transaction on June 8, raising 851.1 million rupees through assignment of receivables worth 905.5 million rupees, according to a Monday filing.
The company's shares were up nearly 2% in Tuesday's trade.
The transaction was executed in tranches and is the company's second securitization deal in fiscal 2027, the filing said.
The underlying pool consists of non-priority sector assets and was carried out in line with Reserve Bank of India guidelines, the company said.
