Mosaic (MOS) said Monday it has launched cash tender offers for up to $1.4 billion of four series of notes and debentures.
In order of priority, the tender offers are for the 4.050% senior notes due 2027, the 7.30% debentures due 2028, the 5.375% senior notes due 2028, and the 4.350% senior notes due 2029, with the last series having a cap of $150 million. All of the notes were issued by Mosaic, except for the 2028 debentures, which were issued by Mosaic Global.
The offers are scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m. ET on Aug. 14, unless extended or earlier terminated by Mosaic, and the settlement is expected to be Aug. 18, the company said.
