Morningstar, Houlihan Lokey Plan Daily Valuation Indexes for Collateralized Loan Obligation Market

Morningstar (MORN) said Wednesday it will collaborate with Houlihan Lokey (HLI) to develop daily valuation indexes for the collateralized loan obligation market.

These Morningstar Houlihan CLO Indexes, expected to be launched later in 2026, will combine Morningstar's design and governance with Houlihan Lokey's valuation framework and credit market capabilities, Morningstar said.

Financial details related to the collaboration were not provided.
