MonotaRO (TYO:3064) reported a 21% jump in profit attributable to owners of the parent to 18.6 billion yen for the first six months of 2026 from 15.4 billion yen a year earlier.
The internet company's earnings per share (EPS) increased to 37.63 yen from 31.03 yen, according to a Tuesday earnings report.
Net sales climbed 21% to 193.3 billion yen for the six months ended June 30, from 160.2 billion yen a year earlier.
For the year ending Dec. 31, MonotaRO expects net income attributable to owners of the parent to rise 12% to 36.2 billion yen, or 72.81 yen per share, with net sales forecast to increase 14% to 381.4 billion yen.
The company plans to pay an interim dividend of 18 yen per share and a year-end dividend of 19 yen per share for fiscal 2026.
