MongoDB (MDB) is likely to post solid fiscal Q2 results and acceleration in revenue growth, driven by enterprise advanced and Atlas upside, Oppenheimer said in a Wednesday research report.
There is potential that Atlas may not post year-over-year growth acceleration, which could create near-term stock volatility amid elevated investor expectations, analysts wrote. The company is due to report fiscal Q2 results on Sept. 1.
Channel checks indicate increasing AI engagement, which could support the company's ability to become a key enterprise agentic enabler, positioning it for more robust fiscal 2028 momentum, according to the note.
The brokerage said it reiterated its outperform rating on the stock and boosted its price target to $475 per share from $410.
