MoneyMax Financial Services (SGX:5WJ) raised SG$77.4 million through its latest tranche of digital security tokens, which is now closed, according to a Thursday filing to the Singapore Stock Exchange.
The tokens will be listed on the "ADDX" security token platform under its SG$200 million unsecured commercial paper program.
A major part of the investment of SG$36.3 million, representing around 47% of the Series 006 notes, has been raised from related parties, including senior executives of the company.
