Monash IVF Group (ASX:MVF) appointed Catherine West as chair-elect to succeed Richard Davis, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Davis will retire from the board on Oct. 28 after more than 12 years in the chair position. West, meanwhile, has been a director of Monash IVF Group since September 2020.
