MOG Digitech Holdings (HKG:1942) raised net proceeds of about HK$43.2 million from its rights issue, according to a Wednesday disclosure.
The company raised gross proceeds of about HK$44.6 million after issuing 686.13 million rights shares, including 495.9 million shares placed to six independent investors.
About HK$21.6 million of the net proceeds will be used to fund the group's existing financing services business, with the remainder allocated to general working capital.

Viva Goods (HKG:0933) has purchased 29.6 million shares of Chinese sportswear giant Li Ning (HKG:2331) for HK$398.4 million as an investment, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.The company said it bought the shares through open market transactions at an average price of HK$13.45 apiece.Following the transaction, Viva's stakeholding in Li Ning rose to 16.9%, with ownership of 437.2 million shares.
