Modern Dental's Revenue Rises 12% in Q1

Modern Dental Group (HKG:3600) recorded a revenue of HK$987.5 million for the three months ended March 31, up 12% from HK$881.1 million a year prior, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Sales volume for the quarter jumped 4% year over to around 720,000 cases from 692,000 cases in the year-ago period.

Dynam Japan (HKG:6889) recorded a 35% decline in attributable profit in the year ended March 31 to 2.6 billion yen from 4.01 billion yen a year prior, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.The pachinko hall operator's earnings per share slipped to 3.7 yen from 5.8 yen in the previous fiscal year.Revenue slid 2.3% to 123.2 billion yen from 126.1 billion yen in the year-ago period.The firm declared a final dividend of 2.5 yen per ordinary share for the year, payable June 26 to shareholders of record on June 5.
