MNRB Holdings (KLSE:MNRB) is looking to establish a commercial paper program of up to 500 million ringgit, according to a Wednesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.
The program has a tenure of seven years, with individual commercial bonds carrying maturities of between one and 12 months.
The program has been assigned a short term credit rating of P1 by RAM Rating Services.
Proceeds will be used for general working capital, strategic and general investments, refinancing and other corporate purposes.
