Mitsui Fudosan (TYO:8801) recorded a 39% decline in attributable net income in the first fiscal quarter to 75.8 billion yen from 124.2 billion yen a year prior.
Earnings per share were 28.03 yen in the three months, down from 44.80 yen in the year-ago period, according to a Friday Tokyo bourse filing.
The real estate company's revenue from operations fell 23% to 616.9 billion yen from 802.3 billion yen previously.
The company forecasts an attributable net income of 285 billion yen, basic EPS of 105.77 yen, revenue from operations of 2.8 trillion yen, and a total dividend of 37 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
