Mitsui Fudosan Retail Fund Investment (TYO:8964) said it will execute a 1 billion yen long-term loan with Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co. on Sept. 3 to refinance an existing loan with Mitsui Sumitomo, maturing the same day.
The new unsecured, unguaranteed loan, maturing March 31, 2031, will carry an interest rate based on one-month JBA Japanese Yen TIBOR plus 0.11250%, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.
The new borrowing is intended to refinance a long-term loan drawn in March 2020.
