Mitsui Fudosan Retail Fund Investment Corporation (TYO:8964) said it will execute a 2 billion yen unsecured, unguaranteed short-term borrowing with the Bank of Fukuoka on July 10, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The new borrowing carries a fixed interest rate of 1.18755% and will mature on Aug. 10.
The proceeds will be used to repay an existing unsecured, unguaranteed short-term loan of 2 billion yen from the same lender that was drawn on June 11 and is due on July 10.
