Mitsui Fudosan Retail Fund Extends 5 Billion Yen Credit Line with Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank

Mitsui Fudosan Retail Fund Investment (TYO:8964) said it extended the commitment period of its 5 billion yen credit line with Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank by one year to Sept. 29, 2029.

The Japanese real estate investment trust said the unsecured and unguaranteed commitment line, established in 2015 to secure stable financing for acquisitions, was to lapse on Sept. 29, 2028, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Monday.

Following the extension, the fund will have total commitment lines of 20 billion yen across five lenders, including MUFG Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp., Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Mizuho Bank, and Mizuho Trust & Banking.
