Mitsubishi Estate's (TYO:8802) profit attributable to owners of the parent soared 198% to 95.4 billion yen for the fiscal first quarter from 32 billion yen a year earlier.
The property developer's earnings per share rose to 79.16 yen from 25.75 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.
Operating revenue increased 39% to 497.7 billion yen for the three months ended June 30 from 357 billion yen.
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, the company expects attributable profit of 235 billion yen, EPS of 196.27 yen, and operating revenue of 2 trillion yen.
The company plans to pay an interim dividend of 24 yen per share and a final dividend of 25 yen per share, totaling 49 yen for the fiscal year.
