Mirvac Group Fiscal 2026 Operating Earnings, Revenue Rise

Mirvac Group (ASX:MGR) logged AU$0.129 in operating EPS for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.12 a year ago, a Wednesday filing showed.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.13.

For the 12 months ended June 30, total revenue and other income was AU$3.08 billion versus AU$2.73 billion previously, the Australia-listed property investment and development company added.

The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.048 per share, payable Aug. 31 to shareholders on record as of June 30.

For fiscal 2027, the company expects operating EPS of AU$0.132 to AU$0.134. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of AU$0.13.
