Mirae Corp Secures KRW15.4 Billion Semiconductor Tooling Order from China's Yiling Trading

Mirae (KRX:025560) secured a contract from China's Yiling Trading for the supply of semiconductor inspection equipment, according to a Monday filing with the Korean Exchange.

The deal, valued at 15.4 billion won, is valid until Dec. 15, the filing said.

Shares of the company fell nearly 11% at market close.

China Resources Pharma Unit Gets China Acceptance for 5 Billion Yuan Bond Issue; Shares Climb 3%

A unit of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group (HKG:3320) obtained a registration acceptance notice for the proposed issue of medium-term bonds from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, according to a May 29 Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the pharmaceutical firm were up over 2% in Monday afternoon trading.The acceptance will allow unit China Resources Pharmaceutical Holdings to issue up to 5 billion yuan of bonds in various tranches within two years.Proceeds from the issue are expected to be used to replenish working capital and repay debt among other uses.

Keda Completes Transfer of Reserved Grant Shares

Keda Industrial Group (SHA:600499) completed the transfer of reserved grant shares that were part of its 2025 employee stock ownership plan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.The Chinese clean energy technology developer's shares fell 2% at the close of Monday's trade.The reserved grant shares were worth about 47.3 million yuan.About 12 million underlying shares, valued at 3.95 yuan each, were granted to 162 participants.
