Minebea Mitsumi (TYO:6479) recorded a 96% rise in attributable profit in the first fiscal quarter to 21.3 billion yen from 10.9 billion yen a year prior.
Earnings per share were 53.03 yen, up from 27.11 yen in the year-ago period, according to a Wednesday Tokyo bourse filing.
The machinery parts manufacturer's net sales increased 16% to 426.6 billion yen from 366.9 billion yen previously.
The company forecasts an attributable profit of 87 billion yen, basic EPS of 216.64 yen, net sales of 1.69 trillion yen, and a total dividend of 60 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
