Millicom International Cellular (TIGO) shares were down more than 7% in Tuesday trading after JPMorgan downgraded the company's stock to neutral from overweight and raised its price target to $105 from $100.
Trading volume stood at about 1.4 million shares, compared with a daily average of roughly 1.8 million.
