Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand (NZE:MCK) logged NZ$0.0732 in earnings per share for the first half of 2026, compared with NZ$0.042 a year ago, a Tuesday filing showed.
For the six months ended June 30, revenue was NZ$88.8 million versus NZ$79.3 million previously, the New Zealand-listed firm added. A 15% increase in hotel revenue was the main contributor to the results.
The company's shares jumped nearly 3% in recent trading on Tuesday.
Guolian Securities (SHA:601456, HKG:1456) is looking to buy back between 100 million yuan and 200 million yuan of shares, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The securities company could buy between 7.7 million and 15.4 million shares at 13 yuan apiece.The share repurchase will help protect the company's value and shareholder rights, Guolian said in its filing.
