Microsoft (MSFT) has signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate with Singapore's Infocomm Media Development Authority on artificial intelligence safety and security, the latter said Friday.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The terms of the deal include joint research into agentic AI, as well as the development of evaluation methods, tools, and benchmarks for AI models, including multilingual AI safety. The tech giant and the regulator will also seek to bolster societal resilience against trust and the safety challenges posed by AI systems, the regulator said.
