MetaOptics (SGX:9MT) and Elsoft Research signed a strategic partnership to co-develop and mass produce next-generation 12-inch metalens laser writers and automatic testers, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The semiconductor optics company, along with Elsoft, will design, build and industrialize key fabrication equipment across the metalens value chain.
The company is also in discussions with potential foundry customers in the U.S, Japan and Europe.
