Memphasys (ASX:MEM) signed a three-year exclusive distribution agreement for the Felix sperm separation system with specialist IVF supplier INVIDO LAB covering the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Kazakhstan, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The agreement adds 416,200 euros in minimum contracted purchases over the initial three-year term, with annual minimums increasing from around AU$139,000 in the first year to around AU$310,000 in the third year as adoption increases.
INVIDO has exclusivity across the three countries for Felix cartridges and consoles, subject to agreed minimum purchase and other commercial performance requirements.
