Meinian Onehealth to Pay Deposit for Bangjie's Capital Reserves

Meinian Onehealth Healthcare (SHE:002044) agreed to pay deposit for the creation of capital reserves of Zhejiang Bangjie Holding Group as part of its reorganization, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.

In January, the healthcare services provider agreed to participate in the public solicitation of restructuring investors for Bangjie. It will own stake in Bangjie through its subsidiary, Meinian Onehealth Healthcare Industry (Group).

Meinian planned to create a capital reserve of 650 million yuan with other investors by acquiring and waiving the third party's claims against Bangjie.

The company's shares fell 4% at the close.
