Mayfield Group Completes Acquisition of Switchboards Division of Nilsen

Mayfield Group Holdings (ASX:MYG) completed the acquisition of the switchboards division of Nilsen (SA), including the N-Series product line and all associated intellectual property, for AU$4 million in cash, effective July 31, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Integration planning is underway, and the assets and employees of the switchboards division will transition to operate from Mayfield's Royal Park facility in Adelaide, South Australia, on a staged basis through to Oct. 31.

Mayfield's shares were up 1% in recent trading on Monday.

Xinyi Glass' Profit Climbs 17% in H1

Xinyi Glass (HKG:0868) recorded a 17% rise in attributable profit to 1.19 billion yuan for the first half of 2026 from 1.01 billion yuan a year prior.Earnings per share rose to 0.2672 yuan from 0.2325 previously, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.Revenue declined 3.1% to 9.52 billion yuan from 9.82 billion yuan in the year-ago period, mainly due to a drop in the average selling prices of float glass products.The glass manufacturing company declared an interim dividend of HK$0.15 per share for the period, payable on or around Sept. 30 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 19.
