SK hynix to Build KRW19 Trillion Advanced Packaging Facility to Meet AI Memory Demand

SK hynix (KRX:000660) plans to build P&T7, an advanced packaging fab in the Technopolis Industrial Complex in Cheongju to meet global demand for AI memory, the South Korean semiconductor firm said in a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.The company will invest about 19 trillion won for factory construction and production facility setup, the filing said.

Paladin Energy Posts Higher Fiscal Q3 Uranium Production YoY

Paladin Energy (PDN.TO) on Wednesday reported a year-over-year increase in fiscal third-quarter uranium production, citing strong processing plant performance.From the Langer Heinrich Mine in Namibia, the company produced 1.29 million pounds of U3O8, up from 745,484 pounds in the year-ago quarter.Sales of U3O8 came in at 1.03 Mlb, up from 872,435 lb. Average realized price was US$68.3/lb, down from $69.9/lb.The company increased its production guidance range for fiscal 2026 to a range of 4.5 Mlb and 4.8 Mlb of U3O8, citing strong year-to-date performance.Paladin had cash and investments of $219.5 million and an undrawn revolving credit facility of $70 million as of quarter-end.
