MaxiPARTS Says Ares Management Withdraws Takeover Proposal

MaxiPARTS (ASX:MXI) said Ares Management Asia Singapore has withdrawn its non-binding proposal to acquire 100% of the company via a scheme of arrangement, following the completion of its due diligence process, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The exclusivity deed between the parties will now be terminated, per the filing.

The company said trading conditions remained positive in the early months of fiscal 2027, maintaining its expectations for continued growth and improved financial performance, the filing added.
