By

Mary Chia (SGX:5OX) said the Singapore High Court ordered its originating application to be stayed pending determination of insolvency and winding up proceedings commenced by Fullink Capital, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The lifestyle and wellness services provider disclosed the court granted Fullink's application at a July 17 hearing and rejected the request made by the company and related parties to have the insolvency proceedings stayed instead.

According to the proceedings, the company had acknowledged that a sum of SG$343,829 was payable and that the amount remained outstanding.

The company has now made the payment, including costs ordered by the court.

The disputed sums remain contested and continue to be the subject of ongoing proceedings, the filing added.
